Record adsense earnings for me today !

It's probably not much to a lot of yall but today for the first time I made over $1 on adsense !

To the new people this may offer some hope.

I have about 6 blogs and 1 web site all running adsense and for a long time I'd either make $0.00 per day or like 7 or 8 cents.

So breaking the $1 mark is a big deal for me, my earnings went up over 10 fold !

Now if I could only get to that $50 per day mark

I still have about $40 left to go before I can even get my first adsense check but this is good news !

ps. I got about 200 impressions today.

 

that's cool! now you probably need to put in 100times more effort to see $100 per day!

I thinked if you worked on SEO and Link Exchanges you could make 1 dollar from only one site. Instead of trying to make some many sites focus on one and buckle down.

Great job. I guess you've gotten the idea by now that consistent traffic (and lots of it) is the #1 key to making money with Adsense.

To MediaHustler : I mainly have this many blogs because of the type of content.

1 technology blog
1 health blog
1 personal blog
1 politics blog
1 myspace blog
1 humor blog (related to my 1 web site)

However I am working on 2 new blogs that are about popular TV shows.

Traffic is by far the biggest factor as one person above me said. For a long time things have been really slow for me, but they are starting to pick up. I expect I`ll be making $10/day within a few months given my current rate of growth - that is, as long as I stick to it.

My one tip to everyone : keep coming back to DP, read, ask questions and all that and soon enough things will look up for you.

Don't let the slow weeks get you down !

Good job, that $1 mark is a spectacular feeling, I still remember it.

Just remember to deversify your websites, you're going into different markets -- good. But try to create some real "content" sites rather than just blogs, I've looked at these forums a lot, and what I see shows that the people that make the real dollars have content rich sites, not blogs. But it's indeed a great start, keep up the good work and most importantly -- don't give up!

Congratulation, now try to reach let say 10$ a day. It is not simple but if you try hard enough you will be there soon.

I'm also new to the stuff but I got some relatively fine traffic (like 2200 impressions per day) and only a couple of clicks never reaching a dollar?!? Am I doing something terribly wrong? It's kind of discouraging when traffic goes up but clickthroughs not... Any advice?

 

please post the URL and I'm sure you'll get more advise. But considering experimenting with your ad placement, colors and perhaps look at an affiliate solution instead of PPC

 

Yes , please submit your site to one of the review forums here. At over 2000 impressions a day you should be making some money.

Do that ASAP so we can get you all fixed up !

I get 5000 impression yet I dont make more then 50 cents a day..

 

Yall need to seek some advice in a big way IMHO. I'm getting far less impressions than yall and making more money. And it's not due to any adsense tricks, amazing blending or out standing ad placement either.

Please visit the reviews forum(s), post your web sites and let the fine DP members take a stab at what your problem may be.

Oh that's not good. I make 3 dollars on 500-800 impressions. Depends on your niche but still 5K impression for 50 cent is still bad.
