How to do Negative SEO to get Penalised in Google?

I need to ask what is negative seo? is that someone can delist in Google your website, by just performing negative seo.
If yes then how could it be possible? We can't made any changes to there pages, means all we can do is offpage and increase number of bad links.

 

I heard before about an expert not in ranking client's site but de-ranking the competitors.

Google surely knows about this and protects the websites from this kind of possible strategies between competitors so as for backlinks, a site is given a grade according to whom he's linking to for he has control over it. But of course you can't control like when someone is sending your site a bad links, you should always watch your site and immediately report if you suspected that case...

 

If a website a relatively new and ranking for a keyword - you can theoretically place their listing with the same anchor in a few hundreds of general or spammy directories. That can possibly trigger Google bombing filter...

 

Webmasters are not responsible for links from other sites, and they can not hurt your rankings unless in great quantities

 

Easy, link your N-SEO site on many many spam/shit/junk site. Of course, the difficult thing is, where you get these spam/shit/junk site?

I'm a little confused about most of the replies, but I'm more confused by the question. Surely you should be focusing on the positive SEO you want to achieve?

Each and everyone says the same thing, that google has a system, but the system is not perfect, I saw it many times, good sites getting banned for no reason. The best thing to do is to test it yourself and YES you can make negative SEO.

 

The answer is Yes. There are many ways to reverse engineer a site "good" status with seach engines like Google. Certainly this will be black hat and unethical - Off hand I can think of 5 methods that will work to unrank sites

 

Pay someone to spam 1 million forums using Xrumer. This will kill a new site and possible penalize an established site. I personally wouldn't do it.

 

Instead of wasting your time trying to deindex another website, focus on your own site and consider doing the same seo but in a positive way for your own sake... even though doing the opposite might be harder

Offcourse I am concentrating on my site, and was just asking. I was trying to see the other face of the coin Positive SEO we have seen and what about Negative SEO.

A complete SEO is a person, who can help in ranking better in SERPs.

I am not trying to Deindex another site, I have ability to work hard and will not approach to shortcuts and negative aspects thank for your suggestion.

I worry about this too, and it is unfair of google, because spammers spammed my forum and now I see that they are linking to my forum, so google better not penalize me because spammers are linking to my site
