Estimated CPC vs. real CPC

Google Adword tool estimated CPC vs real life CPC comparison:

According to the Adword tool, the keyword that my website is optimized for costs around $1.63. Now when I get clicks on adsense, I only get from $0,25 - $0,45, sometimes, but rarely, also $0,75.

    This is quite a difference.

I'm researching a new niche right now (will set up new site), and estimated click in that niche cost only $0,85. Does that mean that when someone is going to click on the adsense ad on my site, I'll get a similar ratio (estimated CPC vs real CPC) as I get with the current website?

Can you give me a comparison of your estimated CPC -according to Adword tool, and real CPC that you get when someone clicks on your add.

    Here's my stats:

    Estimated CPC : Real CPC
    $1,63 vs. $0,25 - $0,45

Yes, there are some different because that is not the exact keyword you get.
For example, you can see that "best student loan" estimate CPC is $22.17 but "home student loan" only $0.05
