Can anyone please tell me how can I buy a unique dedicated IP? and how much it will cost me? Also, I have done a little research on it that dedicated IP should be used only when you are planning to use SSL on your site, but I am not planning anything like that. All I want is that my site should have unique IP address so that all the outbound links from my site should be from unique IP address and not from the one that is already being shared by hundred of other sites. I hope you understand my point.

Correct and in some web host control panel setups you can do the IP assignment/modifications yourself. So if you decide later you want to change the domain that has the unique IP to a different domain it can be done in a few clicks.
