Help needed : Online reputation management

    Hello,

    I am running a furniture business. Somebody posted some bad comments about my organization few months back in a blog. But, now we search on google with the name of my company, these bad comments are displaying at the top of the search results. Some body please advice me that how can I remove this?

    But that blog owner do not have any address. I couldn't find out their address from their blog.

    Type the domain name of blog on whois.sc. You will get all the details about the blog owner

    You can not do anything else except what "shailendra " have advised. You have to contact the blog owner about this concern.

    then what? go round to his house with a chainsaw?

    contact the guy through the blog and offer an apology and ask him to take it down. or even try to contact google - it might take 6 months before they even see your enquiry but something potentially so damaging to your business shouldn't exist.

    unless you did something to REALLY upset him...

    Well, you need to be sure that those comments are indeed not true. Gather reviews from your customers and do a very thorough SEO on your website to correct the wrong impressions.
