The "Adsense ideas" text is out of place and extremely dull, you could use a decent logo. The nav bar on the left is pretty cool. There's too many ads at the top, looks spammy.
Thanks for the review. I am thinking about reducing the ads. Can somebody give precise ideas on how ot improve my site.
Its areally simple website but you will have to write a lot of articles to improve the content n try to reduce the number of ads. You can also improve the colour selection of the website.....cheers
Images are a big thing. First thing I noticed on the site is that horrid "google adsense image" Only use crisp,clean,H/Q images on your website. As for the ads, I would suggest a med. size banner ad. Not 2 huge boxes. Me personally... I would never put flash ads in my website.(you have 2 at the footer of the site) I think they look very spammy and just never really liked them. Either hire a designer to design a header img, or design one yourself. Keep writing! Cool site!

Well I am receiving more and more useful tips from you. I know the header is not that attractive and I require a logo there too. I am waiting for more useful ideas to change the work.
