It's not rocket science, but if your intake of calories is more than you expel, then you put weight on. Obvious. The easiest way to loose weight is simple : STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL. It worked for me, i lost 7 kilo!!
A doctor tell me that he losses 20 kg in 30 days, he just a eat a date and a glass of water in morning walk for 6 to 7 miles and he continued for 30 days. Some people uses drugs but it work for short time (their idea works in days) they suffer, losses skin elasticity after sometime (1 year or more)
Stick to the basics mate...just normal exercise will keep you in good stead. apart from that if you`re really struggling to loose weight then, just reduce your daily fat intake.
My recipe is simple. It should take a couple of weeks, but if you can wait it`s worth it: gym, don`t eat much, eat well and never eat after 18.00.
There is no need to make big sacrifices! Just follow these simple guidelines to lose your first 10 pounds, last 10 pounds or give your weight loss program a boost when it seems to have stuttered to a halt. This is a balanced and flexible plan that can be used for as long as you want. 1. It is very important to take a note of everything you consume both foods and drinks. you do not have to estimate the calories of each meal. Just need to make a note of approximate quantity. You will find that being aware of what you consume will help you to plan healthy meals and foods. 2. Halve your intake of all pure or added fats. This means reduce half as much butter or spread on your bread, toast, muffins and potatoes and half the usual amount of sauce or mayonnaise on your salad. 3. Limit treats containing sugar to three times per week. This includes chocolate, ice cream, desserts, cake, pastries, cookies, brownie etc. 4. Have eggs, nuts and red meat occasionally but not every day. Include a lower fat source of protein at most meals: chicken, fish, beans, cottage cheese, or low fat yogurt. 5. Make plan at least one lunch and dinner every week without meat or cheese and greasy foods. Build those meals around whole grains, green vegetables and beans to increase fiber and reduce fat. 6.Drink water instead of sodas, juices, milky drinks or alcohol. Avoid diet soda – the sweet taste only make you to crave sugar. Hot water with a slice of lemon can be very refreshing in the morning. Drink more plain water can also help you feel full after each meal. 7. Eat slowly. The body is slow to digest when you are full and it is easy to eat too much if you are racing through your meals. 8.Use whole grains wherever possible. The fiber will give you a fuller feeling and also help your digestion. 9.Choose food that you can chew. Again this will increase your fiber intake, and the act of chewing will make you feel more satisfied too. This means eating fruit instead of drinking juice is better. If you have soup, make sure it is chunky. 10.This is one easy way to remember what not to eat. If it is made from sugar, flour, potatoes, rice or corn - just say no. Remembering this rule of thumb will make it easier to recognize those rice cakes as an unhealthy high-carb snack. Wish you all good luck
Got rid of junk food and I am not just talking about fast food, which I completely stopped eating. I also stopped drinking Coke or any other processed drinks (switched to mineral water). When I really felt like having something else, I would make my own juice at home after buying fresh fruits like oranges or papaya. I also threw out any snacks (potato chips, cookies, etc.) that we had in the house and decided to buy only fresh fruits for snacking.
I just do a ton of pushups. Like 80, then when I am outside I go to this tree I have and try to do at least 10 pull ups I try to increase that for a while
