WTB: Small/Medium-Sized Family-Friendly Forums with Little/No Traffic

I'm looking to buy forums with little or no traffic (near dead/inactive).

I don't care about the design/interface, I don't care about the forum licenses or software, and I don't care about the domain. All I care about is the number of legitimate member accounts, and the number and quality of posts in the forum. I'm not going to use your site itself, I'm just going to pull the account/post content out from the database and inject it into my larger forum to stimulate activity.

I absolutely do not want any forums with any automated, bought, or non-unique posts. Most threads must have a number of natural replies by different users.

I'd prefer the forums to be around a single topic, such as a video game, tv show, or a sport... but multiple topics is okay as long as the forum is well divided (such as a forum for all sports, with subforums for soccer, football, baseball, etc).

Please no adult content or excessive explicit language (I'm only interested in family-friendly forums), and please no illegal themes (NO WAREZ). Also, please no webmaster forums.

Since I'm looking for dead forums, I'm not looking to spend a lot of money. Please keep your asking prices realistic.
