Are you a risk taker and how often do you test your site to see if you can make more money? Testing is everything is what I've learned over the past many years. If I don't test my ad placement then I won't know if I am making the most or not. How often do you play around with your revenue generating tools on your site?

I've figured many don't test so wanted to write this article and kinda hint them to test before they flip a site or even if they are keeping it. Many people are eager to make a few dollars today than to focus on long-term potential. Sometimes making a minor tweak can make more money long-term than what they are making today.
Yes. That's why most newbies doesn't succeed in Internet Marketing because they are afraid to try/implement what they learned through forums/ebooks. Great Article!
You are exactly right. They make a website and slap on some Adsense and hope to turn a big profit. Well it doesn't really happen that way and then they get bored and then they quit.
Wow your article is a real inspiration! I envy the way you so casually say you earn $1000 from Adsense. I am still struggling to earn anything from Adsense and it is quite frustrating! But I won't quit until I earn something.

It is important that you get out of the status quo (doing nothing) mentality and focus on making a few changes to see if you are improving your revenue. You can only do this, not others.
