One good link from a PR 4 or 5 page will get your site indexed fast. Doesn't mean it will make it rank fast though...

So once again I'll ask, how is submitting to digg going to get your site indexed in Google faster than directly pinging Google?

 

whenever you submit any site to through Google webmaster tool it usually takes a week or so to index your all pages. When we submit our site to any good established site(in which Google regularly visit 3 times a day) like Digg Google capture the site from there and index it instantly.

 

It's my understanding that search engines index your site when they find it so just get your link on a site that is crawled often, like the popular social bookmark sites like stumbelupon, digg, etc, or popular forums like DP.

 

That's right, so why bother with bookmarking when you can first of all use webmaster tools to let the bot know your site exists, then you can increase the rate at which the bot visits and finally you can ping google to tell the bot you have new content for it to eat up???

Oh I think I'll just give up on this one, it seems no one listens around here.

There is million of site in queue which try to get index by Google webmaster tool initially, they all index by Google but after certain period of time because this is impossible to index all sites which is in the queue.
Now when we submit our site in to other popular sites then the value of our site toward all the submitted sites in Google webmaster tool is high and Google index it first.
Simple logic.
