Yeah, I just noticed too....and I am a little pissed off!

Between 7/14 - 7/29 it is showing that 38 people clicked on the "Submit" button of an order form for one of the products I'm promoting. However, only 20 sales? Huh?

That's normal, because half of the people just click the order button out of curiosity

Wait what does "Order Form Submit Count" mean? Does it mean the person actually submitted the order form? Because for one product I have 1 "Order Form Submit Count" and no sale?

I'm trying to figure that out as well. I'm a vendor and checking my analytics numbers I assume, in my case it represents if an affiliate uses you hoplink to promote your product. mmm I think.

That's really a lot of stuff, and I don't think all of it is really necessary.

the new analytics shows that I had 2 hops today but the old analytics shows that I had 8 hops today

    What the hell ?

and what are these new things , " Hops Per Order Form Impression " ," Order Form Impression Count " ...

Yeah the new analytics seems to update a little slower, but Im not sure. At least it shows when it was last updated :)

"Order Form Impression Count" is how many who got from the sales page to the order form. "Hops Per Order Form Impression" is how many visits/hops your affilliate link had on average untill someone clicked through to the order form.

What do you mean by this?

Just looked at one product that had 6 submits and 1 sale  surely that is an odd number of people clicking the order button for fun or out of curiosity?

My stats for this particular account are showing that only 50% of submit buttons result in a sale!! That is not right.

I think this is going to result in a hell of a lot of emails to Clickbank!

Hey thanks for clearing out the "Order Form Impression Count" and "Hops Per Order Form Impression" doubts. It's really helpful for us.

Guess we'll have to wait until the new analytics gets settled down. Although it's not on beta mode, they'll have to fix a couple of things, and we have to get used to some others before everything is smooth.

Hmmm...kinda wondering bout the updating myself. According to the new analytics I only had $77 in refunds the past 6 days. Don't I wish that were the case.
They want to phase out the older version? I think they need to get the new version working properly first. It kinda reminds me of Micro$oft's new operating systems.

There is a link to the older version, on the left side, you'll see a link to the old analytics, if you don't like the new one.

Also, give them a break, and a bit of time, it's the first day we're using this, no matter how much they tested it, there will be still room for improved.

BTW, on the left corner, you can see when the stats were last updated
