Got my first payment

    I just want to share with DP that I just received my first payment from adsense after six months of having my website. And by the looks of it, I will be getting a monthly check from now on. Cheers!

    Its been slow until just recently where traffic pick up. I understand that my site is not 100% compliant with google TOS. But, I am a movie and tv shows fanatic and I can't see myself do anything else. I also have observed many blogspot hosted blogs and other blogs with the same content as mine and they're using adsense. However, I hope that I won't get in trouble with adsense. Thanks for the advice Simple007.

    @Shrimpsey I run wordpress self-hosted blog. I think having the SEO plugin helped with traffic. I also added adsense to the bottom of my post. But I think the traffic helped. However, traffic to my site has slowed down recently hopefully, I can still get enough for another check. Good luck to you guys.

    @Mrandrei my amount was 180s from six months.

    Unfortunately Google isn't big on giving people 2nd chances. All your hard work will go down the drain if they catch onto your site. Either way congratulations on the payment.
