Please Review my Twitter Website

    Hi There,

I have literally only finished my website and opened it to the public so the main page is currently not very populated.

I would appreciate it if you could comment on the idea, the design and anything else you think is appropriate.

If you want to review the whole website, you'll need to register a Twitter account and then sign up on my website. You will not be subject to automatic tweets on FollowTwitter, we don't believe in that ethos!

    Thanks alot,
    Sam.

The website is supposed to look simple so the users won't have to look far to find all the features. I designed this myself, I didn't use a template...

I really like the design, it's very clean. One thing I really don't like is when I get the verification code wrong on the registration section it deletes the whole form, it's preventing me form registering now.

Twitter hasn't fully whitelisted my account meaning oAuth requests sometimes don't go through succesfully. I'd prefer constructive criticsm rather than complaints, thanks!

When you say round the corners, do you mean in the design?

A few members took the time to review your site and tell you what they thought. Too plain, rounded corners would look better and you have problems with the sign-up. Doesn't look like you really wish to have constructive criticsm.

Here's my review related to design (I'm a graphics designer and don't really review content that much or delve into it). The Logo you have is too big unless you plan on having a header. You can simplify you're mascots color and add a backdrop to outline its character (you can try this out, it might or might not work). Now the fonts that you are using in your logo and you login box are too crunched together and could be expanded horizontally to be more aesthetically pleasing. The use of outlines, rounded corners, and gradients could work well for your simplistic design/layout and the repeating pattern in the background. As for that, just upgrade to web 2.0 and I'm sure you'll be fine.

It's fine saying there's a problem with the sign-up, complaining in the manner Twitter Addict did was not acceptable. Maybe that's why he was banned?

With the rounded corners, do you mean in all the boxed elements?

You website nice. Why your domain .info? I think .com is good, because If your website increase popular, followtwitter.com can be stolen traffic from you.

As soon as I get the money I will register a .com domain. However followtwitter.com is taken, what do you suggest I get?

Good idea, nice site, cool basic design :)

    1. yes, rounding off the corner will be a great idea.
    2. bring the bird to center align to the menu bar.
    3. change the font of Follow Twitter to a curvy font.
    4. user login box is too big make it small with smaller fonts.
    5. use 160 X 600 google ad, as it may get more revenue and also fill in the right side of the site ;)

    best of luck.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've added a bigger google ad. In what way is the login box too big? The text doesn't fit or it's visually too large?

All the best in your projects, aswell!

Does anyone have any reviews for the actual script, not just the design? I plan to add a news system later today.

Nice concept, I liked it Yea I'll go with the guyz above, the corners should be a little rounded and the login box is visually a little big, make it standard size..

Using a different font would increase the attractiveness of the website i guess.

What font would you suggest? Not many browsers have fancy fonts, so I thought i'd stick with Arial.
