I hate PayPal because of their service not their fees.

That being said their fees suck.

Everybody having personal accounts - ask your customer to pay using personal tab so that won't happen like this:
If buyer uesed personal tab fee would be only 0.02$ (paid by sender OR receiver)
Since buyer used purchase tab you got that huge fee (0.30$+3.4% or something)

so if you have personal account ask buyers to use personal tab where fee is only 1%, so 10cents for 10$ for example.

If buyer pays by personal tab then there are no fees, u get 100 % but that method cannot be used for repeated transactions

you can send or accept personal transactions any number of times, but if you over use this feature of paypal may be removed or they might get suspicous and limit your account.

The fees suck. I guess, this is why I was charged lately. I remember earlier, PP never charged fees to personal account users.

I guess they changed now...

    That was not my question.
    My question was :
so you can send 1 personal and without fees payment per month/year/all time?
Bolded the main part. And I mean 1 personal without fees to same person. But is that all time or its per month per year etc. For example if I send personal to you today and next payment will be next year lets say after 12months and 1 week will they count a fee or the system will reset and it will count as new payment since its over a year.

Even more confusion to fees - just sent 10 bucks to one person for the first time and paid 10cent fee....... (while its supposed to be no fee for the first transaction)

The problem I see if they must have a counter. A counter, that looks at how many personal payments you made. There is no way they will let say 20 payments go through, as "sending to a relative" within a month.

I would say, DO NOT abuse the free area. Paypal will know.....
