He sent his son to die for our sins. The greatest sacrifice known to the world. This is important to highlight here, because muslims will often say "but, but, but we believe in Jesus too." Yes, muslims believe Jesus was just another prophet. They do not beleive he was the Son of God, nor do they believe he died on the cross for man's sins.

The more important question here, though, is:

God sent his son, who performed miracles, healed the sick, made the blind see, forgave the worst of sinners and preached a message of peace and love. What would upset God *so much* over the course of 600 years, that he would suddenly have communications with mohammed who would go on to murder, rape, pillage and *convert* by the sword?

It makes no sense. If you look at the New Testament, you see love and kindness. There are no verses that tell us as Christians not to befriend Jews (islam wasn't invented then, so we can't add muslims here). There are no verses that tell us to fight and *slay* the idolaters and "people of the book." In fact, in the New Testament, Paul tells us to reach out to the Jews first.

To accept islam, one must look at the New Testament, then compare it to the quran and ask the all important question: What upset God so much in the short span of 600 years, to send someone like mohammed to spread a "word" completely contradictory?

mohammed's tomb = occupied
Jesus' tomb = empty
