Need someone to program an ad for my site

    I need someone to program an ad for my site. I already have the ad made, but I want it combined with some javascript to give it greater functionality.

    I also already have the JS, so it just needs to be stuck together.

    Basically I want what that one does for different ad which is already on my site.

    if anyone can do this please let me know.
