    The banner is ok but looks generic. A banner with an image that reflects the brand you want to establish might help to make the site more personalized.
    I don't find adsense banner ad that runs across the top too appealing. Adsense tower on the right hand side might be ok.
    Do you sell these products? If so, you may want to include call-to-acton phrases all over your page.
    Visitors come to your site to get purchase or software suggestions. So you need to focus on the product's benefits if you are recommending one.    :)

    I think it is nice. Just, the logo's background and the header's background doesn't match. The logo seems too simple. That makes the header looks empty.

    The banner is not the best feature of the site and infact lets it down i feel it could do with a full width one and i found that the white colour was over powering and made my eyes hurt trying to read it.I would give it 6.5/10

    If you can change the menu to horizontal at the bottom of your header i think it will look much neater. and try to work more on your logo (logo idea is nice but perhaps some more on it) ... FINALLY Good Job it's really nice
