    hey guys , im always looking to improve my forums in deferent ways , please would you visit

    The welcome message at the top of the page is a "little" big. Not by much, but it seems a little overbearing. Maybe shrink the large text size down a little bit.

    Meta description and meta keywords are good. The description has targeted keywords first, but uses a lot of trash words.

    The overall colors are nice, but there may not be enough contrast between the text color and the background color in the forum. The blue on the gray just seems to blend in a little. Its not too bad though.

    Thanks for that Kev, You were right the welcome message was too large , i have now sorted that out and it looks much better in my opinion than it did before.
