    Hello, i think it is time for me to let go of my online website directory.
    It has been a while, and now i am confident that the future owner will make it bigger and stronger that it is now.

    Ok, so here are some statistics about my directory:

    Active Links: 6773
    Total Articles: 104
    Total Categories: 14
    Sub Categories: 397

    The site has not been monetized, but has about 100 - 150 links added per day, depending of the day.

    This site has huge potential, due to the fact that even though it is not advertised anywhere, it still has lots of links added daily.

    Netdir is added on many big directory lists, including DirectoryCritic.
    It has reviews, points, feedback on Directory Critic.

    The directory runs on phpLD 3.2 (Fully licensed - Check license on phpld official site)

    Edit: Also, you say the site isn't monetized, but I see AdSense as well as Premium/Sponsored listings under "Add URL" page.

    Your home links on top and bottom point to '/index.php' which PRs at 0 or n/a.
    Means both / and /index.php are indexed. Webmaster Tools has a remedy I think.
