    Yes, i think keep checking your account.
    I dont know why, but when someone told no PIP, while someone told (and i saw) they got PIP, in the same country. Like in Viet Nam, someone got PIP since 26th, but some other on 27. And some now still doesnt got PIP.
    I dont know why but keep waiting :)
