[WTB] Budget VPS

    I'm looking for a very cheap VPS with cPanel - $20 per month or less (That's INCLUDING cPanel)!. I'm just running a small wiki (MediaWiki) so I wont require many resources, but atleast 10gb space is a requirement. I'm interested in paying monthly ONLY, and you must have been in business for atleast one year and must not be a reseller (you must own the server yourself). Please post your plans and include EVERY detail. Thanks,

    You will probably get a unmanaged vps + cpanel/whm with this budget.
