He didn't target them telling that "You charge and others dont"
He might be telling that many websites charge others to advertise their services.

He just told that DP is free!!!

 

If i do the reverse (promote SP here), i think i will see blood raining from the sky

Agreed we can advertise any thing we want why not DP as we have paid

 

SP changed their policy after all the pressure from their members and dropped trades down from $5 to $1

Ohh but as a matter of fact it is 'Advertisment', and one is free to advertise any legit thing they want. Its wasnt SP vs DP, it was a simple advertisment and he didnt even mention SP's name there.

What sucks at SitePoint's is their overwhelmed siteads popping from everywhere...

 

SitePoint has gone down hill ever since they made you pay for selling your website!

 

And a couple of their moderators have been really bad choices.
