    Hello

I have a server (shared hosting) using cpanel with 8 accounts and i want to set a daily backup for every account.

I want every account to have the backup in the ftp so every user if he want to be able to download it.

I also need every day to replace the same file so the users will not have many backups.

Please give me some info on where i must go and how i can setup it.

    Thank you

You will not be able to set a specified location for each accounts backups to go into without causing a huge risk of clients downloading other clients backups.

Wish i could be more help, just isn't going to work.

Go into WHM-->type backup in the search bar and you'll find backup configuration. Alternatively, if you'd like login as root via ssh and type /scripts/cpbackup

You want to to administrate too? lol j/k

    Hope this helps.

You can setup backup from WHM -> Backup Configuration.

Also, use can download the daily, weekly and monthly from their cPanel -> Backup.

You can download backup from cPanel but you can not restore it from there. If you want to restore it then you need WHM access. WHM -> Restore backup.

Well do you want to backup all your accounts on some other host/server? I am also doing the same, backing up all my accounts to some other place on weekly basis, you may check http://webbycart.com/ the have backup plans available, I am using them from the last month or so, so far so good. Give them a try, or else try searching some other company at http://webhostingtalk.com

    -Regards.
