I'm new on paypal please help

    Hi all member DP, (sorry if my english is bad, i'm from indonesia) i'm newbie on using paypal. so here is my paypal status

    acoount: premium
    status: verified

    i wanna ask, is it i can still purchase or pay or send money to other paypal account when my paypal account balance is still 0 ???

    as far as in know it still can, cause paypal will automatically charge from my credit card account? is it right??

    Yes you can. As you have already verified your PP account using your CC. So funds getting debited from your CC if you send money to someone else from your PP account.

    But you must notify your CC issuer to allow transaction make at paypal coz sometimes bank will denied the transaction unless you told them to enable it.

    There are rare chances bank deny transaction via cc. They like their customers cc get sucked.

    Answer: sure, you can transfer after paypal succesfully gets fund from your cc.

    Not all verified accounts have CC added, U.S account can be verified by adding a Bank Account alone for example. So yes, if you have zero balance in your account then you can choose the funding option to either Credit Card or Bank Account (i.e. eCheck).

    I think its been said over and over again in this thread. :)

    With me it allows it as long as the ammount is less than 100. If it is more than 100 I have to tell my bank first, for them to allow it to charge from my credit card.

    Yes you can because you have a verified paypal at the same time you have cc in your paypal so you can do it. I think paypal will just credit it in your credit card
