After the cermon worshippers joined in, chanting, "death to the dictator,"
    ...........
Outside the university, protests grew from several hundred before the sermon to thousands afterward as worshippers joined in, chanting, "death to the dictator," a reference to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.....

Protests died down by nightfall. After sunset, Iranians could be heard shouting from rooftops, "God is great" and "death to the dictator" — a show of opposition support that has been held every night since the election, but appeared louder and more widespread Friday night.

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/ml_iran_election

This is one of the many proofs Islam is not from God. Why in the world worshippers should chant "deth to this or death to that person or country?" Remember the chanting "death to America"?

Do you know of any other worshippers belonging to other religions chanting "death" other than Islam? I myself never heard of any.

And this is not an isolated case, it is normal for muslim worshippers to chant death after prayers if they have some serious issues with something.... Iranian worshippers are not the only one who chant "death", almost in every muslim country that is a standard.

Why the Muslim clerics don't teach "peace, love and non violence" since they claim they know the Quran? Is that what the Quran teaches, death to your enemies?..

My God does not teach His worshippers to chant "death" and I am sure the Krishna, Budha and the followers of many other religions do not chant "death", no matter how bad the guy or the situation is.

Why is that in Islam, why?

    Oh STFU.

If we had a dictator that was crushing freedom of speech, sending people off to be shot, killing innocent civilians, throwing dissidents in internment camps, and pretty much being an asstard, and ruining the country I would be right out there chanting with them.

I think something is wrong with your behavior or mentality.
You can't even be polite enough to hold a normal discussion......

It is easy to be a fool, but hard to be wise. It is easier to be barbaric, but harder to be kind and gentle. The smart one disagrees in a peaceful way the fools are always quick to starta fight. Which one you want to be is your choice and you will bear its fruits.

You're making yet another anti Islam thread. Your behavior is questionable, my response shows my lack of regard to "feelings".

I am sorry you feel this way, but that is the truth.
I don't preach "death" and I don't follow teachings that incite violence or excuse it in one way or another.

If you want to be honest with yourself you should be offended by the Islamic clerics cermons and the behaviour of the islamic worshippers chanting "death".
I just copied and pasted the facts.

Every Christian knows that Jesus was against violence..... and the stuff that you keep bringing up shows your total lack of understanding of Christianity.
JESUS DID NOT PRACTICE VIOLENCE!!! UNLIKE MOHAMMAD! DO YOU SEE THAT DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIVES AND THEIR TEACHINGS???
It takes brains to understand Christianity, and I know for a muslim with your caliber won't be that easy, but if you just try harder you'll figure out what it is all about.

You may keep being stubborn and keep liking the violence some muslims practice, but that gives muslims nothing, except more troubles and dificulties.
Mad people are generaly not successful in life, are not happy and no one wants them for friends.

    did you read my question?

I will ask again, you said:

then why you are following Christianity? What you know about Jesus pbuh came from bible and Christianity, where we can read about the killing of every breathing creature, even if it was a baby,

why do you say something and do the opposite?

P.S.: in case you think "imad" has something to do with being mad, then you are wrong, it is my name.

Why don't you read the New Testament and then start discussing Christianity.... Read it like at least 3 times or even better 99.

If you have not understood it, I'll explain it one more time clearly why I follow Christianity. Christianity for me is about "Love one another" even love your enemies.
A true Chrstian should never chant death to his enemies. That's why I follow it.
If I happened for some reason to be taken as an enemy from a muslim he may start chanting death to "Truth777". And if I follow Christ I shouldn't start chanting in turn death to "xyz" whoever it may be person.
And guess what now the chances to settle things in a peaceful ways are much greater.
    I can't describe it simpler.

Jesus actually lost his shit when he saw the people selling stuff at the temple...

Because some books were left out of the bible, even though they may have been accurate - and some modified to make him nicer. In reality this is more likely the Jesus of that time:

Because making a living is evil.

Basically this is his message to capitalism.

I think I rather like this version of Jesus - it fits the idea on why the Jews had him crucified.

    Because he raped their shit.

Jesus kicked out the traders out of the Temple of God and that is the only time one can probably say He got mad and used some sort of violence.

That is the only case somewhat negative one can bring up against Jesus, how come you bring up and remember only that case,?
Why don't you remember and follow the thousands of good deeds He did and the good advice He gave? Ha? ;)

(Because it takes more efforts to be a good guy than a bad one that's why. Because the good guy always gives more than he takes. Jesus was always giving more than He ever took from people for His service.) ...

    Truth777 you're a bit lost here.

The issue here is not if the religion is violent of not. Islam is violent but your quotes does not serve as "evidence".
The main point in your thread as I see it is mixing between religion and politics. But this is done not only by muslims, but by members all of religions including christians and jews.

There will never be a better way to promote a political idea than saying that "its god's will"
So if god wants to end the dictatorship, who are we to argue with him?

.... if God wants to end..

    If ....

Come on, ........ the VIOLENCE FROM MUSLIMS COMES FROM THEIR CLERICS, AND THEIR CLERICS GET IT FROM THE QURAN.

A Christian cleric can not get it from Christ's teaching because Jesus didn't practice violence. Mohammad used a lot of violence.
    As simple as that.

Many muslims say Islam is a religion of peace, that's what they like to say, but if you see what their clerics do you'll see contradiction in what they say and practice.

My God is the ONne who has created the world at His likes, and if He does not like something He can destroy it at HIS WILL.
And since He is the One who created everything He is always right in His deeds.
