    Hello,

    Techboing.com, a tech/IT blog. I am sending you this PM because I am selling the site.

    TechBoing.com has over 7 months of existence in which gathered over 800 comments and over 700 backlinks on Google. It also has a PR1 (i had never been dropped or something), i just haven't worked on PR.

    As traffic details, the site has over 45k unique visitors per month and over 60k page impressions.
    As for the revenue, the site earns 70$ per month from Google Adsense and 40$ from direct advertising sale. A total of 110$ per month.

    The reason of selling is that I've started an offline business and i don't have time for it. If interested in the site i will also send you proofs.

    Asking price : 700$.

    I am also selling oldschoolblogging.com. It has PR3 and over 1 year. It currently has over 2.030 backlinks on Google. As traffic details, the site has over 40k unique visitors per month and over 50k page impressions. The revenue of the site is : 60$ on Google Adsense, 30$ direct advertising, 25$ affiliate marketing. A total of 115$ per month. Asking price : 700$

    If you buy them both, i will make a 300$ discount (1.400$ - 300$ = 1100$).
