    guys,

its not about "clickbank is worse than plimus"...its about the products. And plimus does indeed have a couple or so good products where there is a demand. Eg. i myself just discovered a very interesting product where i KNOW its top notch..and its sold via plimus.

    Hi all

George is right. It is not about the affiliate program it is all about finding a product that you are comfortable writing about and a product that will sell.

    Thanks

    Pete

I just requested a new adsense account after deleting my first one due to some problems. I had given up on adsense previously because I made $100 only after 6 months. But since you're launching something that can bring me the same in a month or two, I've been excited since then.

    When're you launching it?

hey pete , you missed my question :),

Good work , I have a question , Why you don't use Ezine anymore ? Why you prefer Articlesbase.com ?

Also , I have 5 articles in Articlesbase and they are all in the page 1 in google . I was wondering , will that last or it's just another " google honeymoon ". Should I expect them to disappear soon ? What to do now ? they Are a week old and doing well with the views and the clicks but google is always making me crazy, So please tell me what to expect

    thank you
    Good luck

    Hy Pete,

You managed to pull in some nice profits, from both clikbank and Plimus. No really everyone is having trouble with the sales slowing down recently and it's only due to these economical times, everything might be back to normal again soon..

You've mentioned that you have already earned $12,000 which in fact aren't $12,000 NET. It's nowhere near that if we calculate the cost of outsourcing all the articles and their distribution that goes well over $5000 .. for 600+ articles.

The crappy part of article marketing is something that most more experienced marketers should have noticed till now --> They all tend to die out..

I have recently started a new campaign (nearly 500 articles that have been distributed to several sites). I have my own schemes to promote two niches that have been doing pretty well for me in the past.. The result have been a bit disappointing. Not only a low conversion rate but actually the articles are all falling down one by one and slowly dying out.

The only way out to a stable and constant income with clickbank is by doing clean SEO or SEM (which in fact can bring much higher profits) I understand that article marketing is some kind of shortcut but considering the cost of outsourcing so many articles and distributing them to several sites out there (maybe 10 - 15) is quite costly. The NET profit is somewhere up to 40% - 50% of all the income. (I hope you agree)

That's why this dude should switch to CPA, that's where money is.

    Adsense is total BS.

    Clickbank not so good.

Pay per sale hard to make that fucking sale.

While CPA have it downsides it's the best option today.

but he probably $12k net, right ? I mean I assume he wrote it by himself, no ?

Well, I see it like per sale of ebook for example or some software. I was talking about contacts/leads making.

CPA = cost per action which usually refers to either sale or lead generation.

    Hi Guys

I go to sleep and there is a big discussion. let me clarify things first. It is $12,000 net. I wrote all the articles myself for this side of things. I have only just started outsourcing the articles which will be taken into consideration on future earnings. For the $12,000 there was no outlay at all it was all article marketing and all free traffic that got me there. Now let's see if I can answer the other questions I missed -

@aladinhw sorry never seen your question. Firstly I never use Ezine anymore because of their strictness and the length of time it takes to publish an article. You can sit and wait for a week and then they reject the article. I cannot work like that. With articlesbase I write an article submit it and it is published straight away. If your article has been there a week it should be fine. I have an article that is no. 1 on google and has been since the day it got published just because of the slowly gathering of links.

@squeezeplaycards & Rickmci - It should have came from my blog email address. Check your junk mail folder. If you still haven't got it drop me an pm here with your email and I will send it out to you.

@DPParadise - can you tell me what CPA network you use? I have been thinking about this recently as well. Thanks

Any other questions just let me know.

    Thanks

    Pete

It takes one week for your article to be published on EZA? Thats shocking, since I reached Platinum my articles are ussualy aproved and live withing 48 hours from submission!
I just submitted few articles and within 20 minutes they passed the initial review and they will be live tomorrow.

@Tibor I know I am just very impatient. I want my work to be out there the minute I publish it and that is exactly what happens on articlesbase. I have published an article and 10 minutes later it is on google. I cannot and have not seen EZA do this that quickly. This is just my point of view I am not saying it is right just that it works better for me this way.

    Thanks

    Pete

My thoughts exactly. EZA just pisses me off...wait for 5 days only to see my article rejected for some stupid reason.
