How i will be able to do a call using a PC, i do not mean Skype or something,

I have 2 things to ask, I have modem for PC and I have Mobile also..

    So,
How To Connect Mobile To Computer And Call Using microphone to be able to record calls .. ?

How i connect a call center software to be able to answer calls and make sounds and so.. and redirect calls for Normal phone number or mobile to be able to control it ?

Is there a device that should be able to do it for small budgets ?

Even if you call other people from PC, you can call people via "PC to PC" but you are not able to call people via "PC to phone" .
There is no free lunch .
You need an VOIP account to make a call . The rate are much cheaper .
Skype is actually a type of VOIP service provider .

Yeah, It is possible .. I saw someone doing it .. using a PC and Mobile ..

Also there is software to using it with PC modem for regular phone to use the microphone and headphone to make phone calls via PC and also recording the calls.
