Excel Spreadhseet to pick keywords

In an excel spread sheet I have the following columns:

• Keyword
• Searches per month ( used google adwords keyword tool )
• Number of pages returned by Google when entering keyword

Now how would I make it so I could see all keywords which have more then 5,000 searches and less then 1,000,00 pages returned in Google?

 

Hi mate,

You can use the IF - AND functions, the formula should be "If searches more than 5,000 and Returned less than 1,000 then Keyword"

If u use Excel 2007, this is easily can be done with 'filter' function.

Hi there

If you want another way, use my excel sheet, if gives you a percentage rating for each keyword. Then just use sort data and you will have in order a list of keywords from profitable to non profitable.
