    Can I put a google ad on a scrolling marquee? Or that is against their tos?:rolleyes:

    I believe that would be calling undue notice of the ads, hence against TOS. Read them carefully.

    You're not allowed to do anything special to attract attention to your ads ^^;; So no, you wouldn't be allowed.

    i also believe that would qualify as altering the adsense code because the ad units would be doing something which they weren't coded to do.

    I was thinking about a few explosion gifs in the background of the ad! With like a strobe white/black bg!

    Yeah, but seriously, i'd bet a moving ad would be a major no-no. Plus, i would never bother reading a moving text box.. let alone be able to click it.
