Hello everyone, I registered a domain name and I've it hosted in a free hosting company. I'm new to this type of computer science. I want to put two pages on the website. One for a simple survey question and the other is "about page". I prefer HTML or flash. Please if you can help me, contact me or place a response here.

Thanks seekndestroy88, but these websites link my website survey to them. I want the survey program itself to be in my hosting space and is not connected to any other website.
You are going to want to use a PHP script to email the results to you or post them into a mysql database. Doing a simple google search for "php survey script" should give you a lot of options to choose from.
