    $0.84 for 27 clicks is very very low. i think you have got illegal clicks. also it's depend on your niche

    You need to write posts targeting high paying keywords on adsense and also try to reduce the bounce rate of your blog by getting targeted traffic to your blog.
    If you do these things then check your adsense earnings.

    i have a sugestion : go to google adwords , add a campaign, tipe in some few keywords related to your website and the other suggested keywords on right side ( by google) try to put them in your blog...

    May just be getting clicks on lower payout ads. But niche does have a lot to do with it. Look at your traffic data and adjust appropriately.
