I have more than 20000 Page Impresions per day (Publisher Account) - Sugestion Needed

Hello,
I am new here but I had been visiting this site before, but this time I need a publisher account for my site that would pay more on Pay-Per-Clicks or other advertising programs. I have lots of visitors from arount the world with more then 1000 Unique visitors per day and 20000 page Views per day. I have been cancelled from adsense and currently using clicksor but they don't seem to pay good bid I have been earning from clicksor around 70 Clicks - 1.5$ per day. I have visitor specifications as below

1. India
2. United States
3. United Kingdom
4. Pakistan
and so on...........

So guys I need your suggestions.

no i have not tried it yet.....because they don't seems to have pakistan in their country list don't know what they have done now!

actually i have 2 more sites and one of them was related in illegal clicks (According to Adsense) and I had received a check from other account but it is not yet been cached. I inserted that code on suspended site there was no problem until i finished my 200$ and time was to receive cheque then they sent me an email stating that my account was related an account that had been related with illegal clicks so that they suspended my accounts. And now i can't sign up again because of their policies.

PLease suggest my any other programs!

man I want to be like you so I will promote promote promote if work for you have to work for me I will join many traffic exchange links exchange and anything exchange to see if I get more traffic I have a entertainment site I got 200.000 impressions but was in five. years hahahaha I need to try harder.

sounds a bit spammy but you can find many contextual ads at contextboom.com
