    I can do this for between $25 to $50 depending on the complexity. For a basic enough one, I can do it for $25 no problems. Please PM me with some samples so I can give you a more exact rate.

    Of course, I will also offer bulk discounts if it's more than one page (I.e. as you say, it's 5-10 pages).

    I know my iTrader here isn't massive, but I have near 100 between the other forums I frequent (DNF and NPs)

    A PSD file is what Photoshop generates. "PSD -> XHTML" means to get the Photoshop website design, cut it up, and create a pure XHTML/CSS design out of it.
