SEO & Marquee ?

Hi ,
to increase the targeted keywords density in body text can we use marquee ? Whatever there in marquee will be be considered as body text or not.. Little bit confused.. Please write your views .. ?

 

i know that marquee is very important tag for google. so use it in targeted keywords..

 

I don't think that marquee is an important tag, but i am just wondering can we use it for SEO or whether it would have any positive effect or not ?

 

well, I did not figure out it by my self. a seo expert company discovered it and they give importance like h1 or b or strong tag..

The marquee tag died 10 years ago when people realised it was crap. It has zero SEO benefit and looks horrible.

 

I agree TOTALLY... Marquees are so... 1996. They annoy users and only serve to cheapen the look of your site.

 

get rid of marquees

 

Do not use marquees, better h1 h2 h3 etc.

 

Why the hell would you use Marquee anyway? The only people who use it are 10 year olds making a site on Freewebs or something.

 

ok guys.. 1 year ago, a seo expert company sent a pdf guide to me with their proposal as I asked them for a service... i'm also wondering that it mentioned about marquee tag too..

 

It just goes to show that 99.9% of the people on the web who "claim" to be SEO experts do not even have a clue WTH they are talking about. No wonder the profession gets a bad name.
