In your opinion, what does it take to be a successful small business owner? That is, what top three personality traits characterize successful owners?
In your response -- here or to survey@c21sbm.com -- please include your first name only (no last name), your city and state, and the type of business you own.

This is a confidential survey. No individual data will be disclosed. Only collective information will be published. Furthermore, if you participate in the survey by email, your email address will no be disclosed to any third parties and C21SBM will not send you “junk” emails.
