    Here I have the opportunity to say what I wanted to say for 3 months ago…Digital Point Staff should be more supportive and try to help the users not ban them without even listening to them. Bad support.

    So you opened one by mistake, and one for real, even though you already had this one from 2007? So three in total but one was by mistake? Even having two accounts is banned and you meant for that to happen.

    People who spam and create duplicate accounts deserve exactly what they get. Take it as a learning experience, learn the rules, follow them, and you shouldn't have problems moving forward.

    This is my firs acount, the one I wanted to be canceled. It can't be that old. I am almoust sure I discovered DP in february or mars this year.

    Your first account is your account for life, regardless of how much you built up your duplicate account. We don't cancel them on request.

    Of course they are not allowed. But they could have understood and cancelled the account I never used. (as I told them). They could have checked all my posts and pm and see that I never spammed. I am sure they never got any complains about me. But the thing that irritated me the most was when I’ve got the e-mail telling me that I spammed.

    Do you have any Idea how long it took me to try to get in touch with them, write letter to them etc.

    This thread must be deleted.

    I am surprised. So I use now an account from 2007. Well I've got an infraction back then , big deal. I can see the logic why I was banned. It makes more logic if the account was that old. However I stand by my opinion you should try harder to help the users on DP. Ban them who spam but try to help them who ask for help.

    I can imagine that it is hard to go through thousands of posts every day but when somebody send you an email and ask for help, then try to find a solution and don’t take the easy way.
