    No need to submit sites to any search engines these days. Just a single link to your site, which is already indexed by Bing will send their spiders to that site and will index it.
    I've never submitted my sites (in any SE), and particularly in Bing I have some great rankings since the beginning - like positions 1-3 for all my aimed keywords and it already sends very good traffic.

    Yeah you can be listed on Bing as long as you have a lot of
    baclinks... That is the advantage in building backlinks...
