image behind adsense allowed or not? a picture is attached http://forums.digitalpoint.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=27707&stc=1&d=1248379596
Adsense should treat it as a normal background but I don't know. Contact Adsense just to be sure but I'm sure it is okay.
I don't see anything wrong with it. It is just a background. I think you should be fine using background with adsense ads.
Unless the background is attract undue attention to the ads (for example, arrows pointing to the ad block), it should be okay. To be on the safe side, you should always email Google with such queries. If it's not okay, they will tell you.
thanks for all your replies but, how can i contact adsense? they just show some options(as below) which is not related to my query and they didn't accept direct email ******************** Account Issues Ad Code Troubleshooting Search Troubleshooting Generating Earnings and Reports Receiving Payments Google Analytics Invalid Clicks or Unusual Account Activity Report a policy violation ********************* so please explain to me how can i contact them thanks
That's a very nice implementation of the background image for the adsense unit and yes, it's allowed to have background images that do not draw undue attention to the ad unit. Placing images next to ad unit in a way that draws attention of the user and they click on the ad unit thinking it to be related to the image is NOT allowed. In your case, it's allowed and I am going to create something like that for my ad units as well.
just read google TOS and read what is not allowed not allowed means not allowed every thing else is allowed
This property owners sites they use without any problem and i don't recommend this property because they are old and known and God know Thanks ^^
if it looks just like in your photo and you have other page design elements resembling that one it might be ok; if you don't want to risk check it out with google; but my oppinion is that you do not need such efforts to make good money from adsense; and as far as I know, I am right about it
The way you are doing it, I think its fine. As long as the background doesn't say "click me", it will probably be fine.
