    Hi guys

I finally, decided to move out of the country (I'm from Algeria), cause I need to be more focused on the internet marketing business, and I'm getting a lot of problems here, payment processing at top of them. It's sorta cast away in all meaning of the world

I need to go to a country where I can communicate with web masters and get in touch with them and preferably an English speaking or at least second
language and especially those countries where life is not too much expensive you know our currency is very weak..

    what do you all suggest?

    thank you

I would suggest you to stay in your country! There you have one sort of problems, moving to another country you get other sort of problems, i.e you will be always treated as foreigner, no citizenship, no benefits and so on, especially at the time of global financial crisis! Just evaluate what you will gain and what you will loose, before you do it!

Yes, the States would be the best choice, but I don't wanna get into trouble of
getting a hard attainable visa (greed card) and that would take a lot of time you know...... it's not easy for 3rd world countries ...

    thank you anyway

Why dont you apply for any kind of asylum in US? I heard that it is not very hard! You are allowed to stay in a country, while all your documents are being processed! Try to get more info on it!

You can try Afghanistan. No rules! No regulations!
You are the ruler! It is your kingdom. LOL :D

Seriously, you shouldn't be moving out of your country for this petty reason that you have given here.
    $50 in Algeria != $50 in America

then u must come to Malaysia ....
our gov treat foreigner better then local, even local police won't stop you (apply to white man) :)
But you won't have good medical care (it suck), good internet speed (monopolize), no good public transport (u need car), Car expensive (max 300% tax, cause they need to protect GOV own brand), No police (if u can afford to pay or good relation with politic) ....

If u rich and out law, u going to love this country ....

Some one said Malaysia Current Prime Minister kill Mongolia Model by using military grade C4.
    welcome to Malaysia.

There are many places where you can find a home outside of Algeria. However, instead of leaving your home country, why don't you push to make online payment processing available in your country. That way, you can earn money in your home country and make online payment processing available to others who cannot afford to leave the country.
