Well, I want to get Virtual credit card for shopping online

I wanted to gift a laptop to a friend of mine who lives in another country. I went to a shopping site which supports international shipping and I entered my paypal details, but it only shows shipping address to my own address. I changed the address but I couldn't change the country.

The store only ships the product to Paypal Address.

I can't even make another paypal account with his name because his country is not supported by paypal.

This doesn't leave any option for me except trying another store or buy a virtual credit card.

So, can anyone help me with this? I don't know much about this payment processing stuff.

 

This is a general thing in paypal and buying a stuff. Because seller must confirm the tracking info with paypal. Anyway there is an alternative way, you can use ebay. I have seen many people use ebay address(Different with paypal address) to send items. But they there is a risk.

But it clearly states on the product page that if paid by paypal, they will only ship to paypal confirmed address.

Store owner do this coz to protect buyer interest due to too much fraud case involve paypal.
The only way out is try to buy from other shop.
