I got a little concerned as I use what I believe to be the most popular anti-spyware tool available (Spyware Doctor) it always scans my PC and if I don't after a few days it will give you a warning that you need to scan your PC. Point being that anyone using this spyware doctor will be scanning there PC frequently.

Spyware Doctor will delete the CB tracking cookie as you can see in the picture.

Do you think this problem and could be affecting your commissions?

I don't think its the problem of RevenueWire or Spyware Doctor. Clickbank should improve its tracking.

But anyway, the cookie remains on the customer's computer, so ClickBank can still track that the customer got to do the purchase through ans specific affiliate. Guess it doesn't matter if the cookie is erased from the affiliate's pc. Or am I wrong? or not looking at the whole picture.

There are software apps that remove the cookie, however, this is not a problem.

If you look at cb-analytics, you'll see that most of the products on CB, have a referred rate of about 90%, meaning 90% of the sales come from an affiliate, while the other 10% are 'no affiliate' sales. This doesn't mean that from the rest 10% the affilaite cookie was lost, it might've gotten lost or eraased, but it's not always the case, it might be just a direct purchase from the customer who saw the website on google.

So for most CB products, the actual chance of losing the cookie is less than 10%.

However, there is a bigger chance that another affiliate gets your customer by having a better landing page.
