getting tired of taking care of my network and now wanted to sell them all for $70k - 80k

all high PR3 and up

network has been running over 5 yrs...some sites are in fact more than 10 yrs.

I would be interested in hearing how you have drawn the conclusion that the network is worth $70k-$80k?

Please supply traffic and earnings for the network.

for traffic, i am getting from google analytics (I can add your gmail to my network anytime if you would like to see)

157,000 unique visits per 30 days

for rev, $2600 - $4500 per month total from both adsense and directmedia

last month i only got $2600

Normally the rule of the thumb is 12x monthly revenue. 70K is a bit high even if you look on the positive side of things.

Just a suggestion, try backing up your statements (eg. revenue) with proof in public.

 

Why sale such a lucrative network.

 

with all due respect i don't think anyone here will be able to offer you this much, i'm not being sarcastic, i'm not spamming your topic, i want to advise you to go and sell your network in real life, i can't deny that i don't beleive anything of what you've said, and that's because i'm using the Internet, BUT if i get a proposal in real life for your network i'm sure i'd barrow money to get it.

buttom line, go sell your network in real life, throu real internet companies.

 

If you really get 35 million page views a month, you would be making around $100,000 a month (if it was english content). Your language may make the advertising less valuable, but certainly you must be making 20,000 a month or so. I think either this is fake, or advertising on your language sites sucks.

 

Really this is good list of websites, really their price is about more than 20k USD, if they are used for link sales.
Actually it is too much for people like us.

how about going to Internet companies in real life and have a meeting with them and give them a nice proposal of your network

I just registered and paid them $10 but only for individual website/domain .. I wanted to sell the entire network and not individual site.
