I see to it that i have my 2 hours of weightlifting even if im not in the gym, after that i jog around the block 3 times.
I Think the dude hasnt yet heard of stretch marks lol? Personally i go gym 3-4 time a week for one and a half hours! not to long but not to little, just right, and a night in between gives my muscles a chance to repair and grow in size!! im pretty big now and i've only been going just over a month!! B. Ps, im also cute and macho !
I used to go to gym during my college days because I was a fitness freak. But after marriage and arrival of kids robbed almost all of my times but I go for brisk walk daily (30 minutes) and sometimes yoga. That still keeps me fit...
I go to the gym 4-5 times per week. My routine lasts about 45 min - 60 min. I've been going since April of 2008. All in all I feel better but I still struggle with my weight. I've overcome the issue of excercising but I still struggle with eating within my caloric expenditure, basically I overeat. Thankfully I haven't put on anymore weight, I'm maintaining.
I go every once in a while. I've been busy however I am going to start going again regular to increase my fitness. I'm slim but I'm not in shape.
