Need some SEO help

I have couple of small websites and blogs. Problem I have noticed that after launching websites/blogs within 5-7 days time these websites where showing on first page of google for couple of 2-3 keyword searches and even for some keywords second position. For blog I was adding new post in every 2-3 days. But later with same keyword search website moved to 2 page, 3 page such and currently website/blog not showing for any keyword word search. Most of the pages and tags are indexed by google. Only my site moved out for particular keywords other sites remaining in the same position. All these incidents happened in the last 10 days time for new blog.

These are the few things I have done,

Verified sites using google webmaster tool
Created xml sitemap submitted to google tool
Added websites/blog to google and other 5-6 other search engines
Done bookingmarking with popular book mark sites (regularly with different pages)
Even created twitter account and made comment with website links.

Anyone can suggest what went wrong and how I can rectify it because this problem happening in the most of the time.

Google I believe gives new sites a boost and then relegates them. Not sure why that is though, but I have read it in many places.

Focus on keywords, it might be because they were new they got high rank update your content and optimize it daily!

 

did you update your content and checked your keywords that whose keywords you use that how much search in daily may be you use keywords can't search...so checked and again optimization of your website..

 

Thanks for updates, some sites are less than one month but some more than year too.

It's a common practice for Google. Som you need to wait and keep doing all your SEO.

I believe that backlinks are very important. You need to update your content on a daily basis - It's very important. Good luck

 

Thanks for all the support, but right now i searched site with same keywords, then website showing in the same old position before loosing rank.

how this happened?, 3-5 days back site ranked well on google, then site totally disappeared from all searches, now back to same old rank

Yes, Google show fresh contents on first page but as time flies, it will show the ordinary results...

 

Links are going to be your best bet to establishing yourself on the web, but at the same time you have to make sure you have adequate on-page optimization as well. Do you use WordPress for your content management? If so use the HTML editor rather than the visual one and include tags with your targeted keywords in H1, H2 etc. categories. That might help you out a bit in addition to building up good links from *RESPECTED* websites (not some rubbish directories that are ignored by most major search engines...check for PageRank and other indicators when selecting directories). You can also try promoting your sites to other niche sites with similar interests. Keyword density isn't exactly the most heavily relied upon info these days compared to some other tricks you might have up your sleeve.

You are aware that there is such a thing as the "Google Honeymoon" aren't you? If these are new sites showing up in Google on page 1 for a short time and then disappearing then that is TOTALLY normal. You didn't really think it would be that easy to rank on page 1 at Google did you?

You don't expect to put up a site and get stable page 1 ranking right away, right? What you're facing is normal situation.

Just maintain your patience and keep working on the site. I'm also facing this situation for one of my sites. What am I doing to get out of it? Building content and links for it.

 

As its a new website thus it might surely be G dance. This is only possible if you haven't done anything illegal as per optimization norms.
