Did you get some types of scratches on your shoulder? After leaving the GYM it happens i got it.lol I do not go to the GYM at the moment.
I just do push ups and sit ups at home :/ it would be nice to go to one though would help more than just doing two exercises and youtube on how to do them :O
I also never go to the gym, because i dont have time on it, but i would love to go the at least few times a week!
I try to go at least twice a week. And sometimes I make it 5 times a week even. I`m very proud of myself in those weeks.
Unfortunately even if I want to , I have no time. But I walk a lot in the morning before I go to work.
Yes, recently started to remove extra pounds on me. Afterall time to get married is coming near hehe.

The equipment is expensive, and you probably don’t have anywhere to put it, and it’s certainly impractical to buy and store the wide variety of machines that are necessary for a properly balanced workout. P/S : Just my opinion
I went to 45 minute spin class yesterday and also the day before that - did some cross training (30 minutes) the day before that... I want to go again today but I am a bit tired now - might just go and use the free wi-fi as they have comfy leather sofas and a startbucks in the gym.
I don't go to the gym but I do run regularly. Around 30-40 miles per week. In May I ran a marathon (26.2 miles) and I plan to do another in October.
Yeah I enjoy going the gym. I usually do 3 hours every 2 days. You know over here in the UK doctors actually prescribe minutes in the gym haha just a bit of useless information that you'll never need to know. Sitting online working day in day out was not doing good for my weight/figure so I just had to make up for sitting on my ass by hitting the gym.
