    cctld's will keep being a novelty and a tool for local marketing, but no matter what happens (unless the internet changes ENTIRELY, stops using URLs and switches to some other unknown method, etc), .com and .net will never stop being the most valuable extensions.

    .cc is a good .com replacement domain extension.

    The only obstacle is the .cc is a country domain name unlike .com which is international domain name.

    More company must use .cc domain to boost their company product sales.
