Heya folks This thread is going to be interesting , Lets see how many people are actually fit or trying to be fit on this forum . I have personally started gym 2 days back and Its going great . What about you people ?
I "try" to get to the gym twice per week, however more often than I'd like that ends up being once or not all I cycle almost everywhere so that helps keep in shape.
Well... I don't really go to Gym ! No one allows me to go there. They say that you are already fit and slim and there's no need to go to Gym. - Digital -
I work out at home 3 times a week. Its important because sitting in front of the computer so much can lead to a chronic case of 'laziness' Don't overdo it at the start. Aim for nice stead progress and give yourself 3-4 months before you start noticing any real improvement in body shape
One need not got to gym to only lose weight. You also go to gym to put on weight and build muscles! I used to be regular at gym every morning couple of years back but my back problem prevents me to continue doing the same...anymore! Regards, RightMan
I used to go earlier (4-5 years back) but not as of now though daily morning walk for half an hour and evening walk for half and hour keeps me fit. DON.
i go almost every day. i however have lost the heart and ambition for most things so now instead of 2+ hours daily its only about an hour
