    Netherlands where ecatel and leaseweb are hosted now has a policy that is banning illegal or warez to be hosted. So technically even servers from Netherlands I believe cannot escape DMCA

    You may have some luck on servers hosted from China http://www.086nets.com/english/index.html but Im not too sure if they can escape DMCA requests

    are you looking to store the video/audio on the server and stream or just when you need to? if your not store then any host can provide it, but yes a lot of legal issues will arise if your storing them due to copyright, trademark and laws unless you get prior permission.

    I thought warez was just pirated software? Unless it's pirate pron?

    In which case, you will hit issues like Diet-Coke said, with copyright/trademark issues.

    I am looking to store video files on the server, that's why I need offshore server hosting that doesn't care about such content.

    No, warez is everything that violates a copyright law, including movies.

    Warez is not legal in netherlands. I used to buy hosting here before where the server is in netherlands. the seller advertised it as offshore and warez or illegal stuff allowed. I tried this hosting to see if it's really true. I didnt host any illegal stuff but after 2 months the server went down according to the server owner, the server was taken down by request of DMCA. Other posters here also confirmed that Netherlands can be subject to DMCA requests
