Did you know that Civit Coffee, an expensive coffee being circulated on different restaurants worldwide is mainly coffee passing through the digestive system of animal called Asian Palm Civet?

It is NOT stool. It's swallowed by that animal and removed from its waste as whole coffee berries which are then processed as usual. It's very expensive per pound, $100 or more, iirc, and some think it's wonderful. I know a guy who tried it and said, "It tastes like coffee". :)
